A) These domains, including those with websites, are only being sold together as a unit.

B) Artificial Intelligence (AI) websites typically have either .AI or .COM suffixes. Based on my experience it's unusual for search engines to treat AI reference related websites negatively for having a .com suffix in their web address versus having an ".ai" suffix.

.COM domain Internet suffixes have been the survivors. They're best known by the public and by all population education levels.  Several years ago,  and with great anticipation, a number of television entities bought the new .TV domain suffixes only to often revert back to .COM suffixes as many internet users instinctively expected, and typed ".com" at the end of a web address.

2. Information regarding and perspective benefits for ___ to own this many quality AI .com domain keyphrases:

KeyPhrase Definition: A search engine keyphrase, also known as a keyword phrase, is a specific combination of words or terms that users enter into a search engine when looking for information, products, or services. These keyphrases are essential for both search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).

Having a good key phrase in your domain name can significantly enhance the effectiveness of a website in several ways:

1.      Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Including a relevant key phrase in a domain name can help improve the site's search engine ranking for that phrase. This can lead to increased traffic from search engines.

2.      Brand Recognition: A key phrase that accurately describes the business or content of the website can make the domain name more memorable and easier to associate with the brand.

3.      User Trust: A clear and descriptive domain name can instill trust in users, as it provides an immediate understanding of what the site offers.

4.      Relevance and Click-Through Rate (CTR): When potential visitors see a domain name with a key phrase that matches their search query or interests, they are more likely to click on the link.

5.      Marketing and Advertising: A domain name with a strong key phrase can be more effective in marketing and advertising campaigns, as it clearly communicates the value.

6.      Domain Authority: Over time, a domain name with a key phrase can build authority and relevance in its niche, making it more competitive and valuable.

---------

·         These would be a substantial addition to any AI related intellectual property and/or service ___ already has, and/or might have in the future.

·         It could increase ___ international Artificial Intelligence footprint.

·         ___ can advertise AI related and unrelated products/services on these 100 sites.

·         ___ can take advantage of anticipated appreciation of these AI related domain names/sites.

·         The HTML template used in the sites was developed by myself (Philip Gurian) and is solely owned by myself. With this purchase ___ would own it outright so it could be used to build other websites at your discretion.

·         AAAAIExperts.com (Triple A AI Experts) could have special value. AIQuarterly.com could be a regular (web) magazine.

B) All the websites are mobile and computer-friendly meaning these appear fine when viewed using a phone or computer. The text on all sites is easy to change and update.

C) All the websites are 100% GDPR & CCPA complaint which is why you weren't asked to pick  cookie preferences when visiting. Feel free to check the sites regarding this yourself - https://usercentrics.com/data-privacy-audit

D) It only costs me around $100 a year for all these websites to be on the internet, (that doesn't include the annual cost of renewing the domain names.) I have the GridPRO plan with Superb.net which includes unlimited websites (including their email addresses.) - https://www.superb.net/web-hosting/web-hosting-plans

E) In preparation for, or as part of the transfer to ___ of these 228 internet properties, I (Philip Gurian) can make wording changes you want (if you do) to any of the sites.

3. Proposed Terms of the Transaction

A) Payment in full to Philip Gurian for this transaction is to be made within 30 days after the full transfer of all sites has been completed, or no more than 90 days after ___'s written agreement to purchase, whichever comes first. No down payment is needed. The sale (and thus commencement of transferring of these properties to ___) is not official (and thus can't commence) without this written/ typed confirmation, thank you.

There is a 10% cancellation fee if written/ typed confirmation of the sale (as noted above) has occurred and the buyer withdraws from the purchase.

B) In summary: In exchange for the one-time payment of $1,000,000 worth of ___ unrestricted corporate stock, based on the closing corporate stock price of the future calendar trading day agreed upon by both parties, I, Philip Gurian, the sole owner of everything being discussed in this sales proposal, will transfer, at no extra charge, to ___ (or whatever entity you wish) ownership and operation of all domain names and websites listed on page one of this sales proposal. (Please note if not sold, the price goes up $100,000 every quarter starting January 1st, 2025.)

C) After the transfer, if you wish I can stay on temporarily, or longer (working from my home) as webmaster for these sites, billing that work at $30 dollars an hour, (that doesn't include specialized services such as multi-media advertisements.) Payment to me (Philip Gurian) for this post-sale work can be made with cash or additional ___ unrestricted corporate stock. However after the transfer discussed in 3A & 3B, ___ is under no obligation to use my services and can discontinue using my services at anytime.

D) At the conclusion of the sale to your business of these 228 AI domain names and those with sites, I'll give your business (or whomever you wish) my 1st Generation Toyota 4Runner Collector's Car. I'll ship it to anywhere (or drive it if close enough) in the USA. Information and pictures of it are on its website - https://www.4runner4sale.com.

4. Transferring all the Intellectual Property to Your Ownership

Please Note: Once the transfer of ownership is complete, ___ would pay for the standard cost of hosting all the websites (for me that is about $100 a year) and the annual renewing of the 228 domain names. (Their current registrar SuperbRegistrar, charges $19.99 a year per domain to renew.) All domain names in this proposal are currently paid in full and have 2-8 months left on their registrations as of mid October 2024. Due to inflation, it's possible these costs could go up.

All websites and domains are currently accessed and stored in one Superb.net web hosting account. Upon request I can send you more information on how to transfer the domain names to where ever you wish, however an option likely exists for ___ just to take over my Superb.net account which the websites and domain names are already in and have been bought through. (You would change the password and credentials.)

5. Miscellaneous

A) All these websites and domain names have clean pasts. (This hosting company [Superb.net] does not allow pornographic images of any type on any sites they host and all of these domains have only been hosted by Superb.net.)

B) In regard to creating the content on the websites I never infringed on any copyright. Each webpage was created and edited only by myself using copyright-free material taken primarily from ChatGPT. Most sites have been re-written once already in March of this year (2024.) I would suggest re-writing all sites in this manner once every year or two. If you wanted I could do that in the manner noted in 3C.

C) If you purchase these sites, as part of the deal, I can make changes to any wording you want and will do an additional proofread and fact check to all sites.

D) The sites are in Google with varied results. (A trick with  Google is to type in the domain name + "website".)

E) The New York Times has sued OPENAI (owner of ChatGPT) and Microsoft for copyright infringement. If The NY TImes wins, and after appeals are exhausted, it's possible (though not likely) that material partially or fully created by ChatGPT, Google's Gemini and/or other AI research assistants will not be allowed to be presented to the public. (Much of the texts of these sites were fully or partially created using ChatGPT.) The Harvard Review doubts The New York Times will be successful - https://harvardlawreview.org/blog/2024/04/nyt-v-openai-the-timess-about-face

F) I have a B.A. in Communications and no criminal record. I am free to travel and have a secure stable place to work at home.
